Kim Overton, RN, is Program Coordinator for the National Trauma Institute and has over twelve years’ experience in the field of nursing. Prior to joining NTI, Ms. Overton was a Research Nurse for the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for the Department of Surgery, Trauma division. Her prior positions include: Peri-anesthesia Nurse within the Methodist Healthcare System, specializing in pediatrics; Health South Surgery Center; and Baptist Medical Center, all in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Overton is responsible for coordinating NTI’s continuing medical & nursing education programs.
