Sharing the Knowledge

The National Trauma Institute is built on the belief that the more we know about trauma, the better suited we’ll be as a country to reduce the number of deaths due to traumatic injuries and improve the quality of life for trauma survivors. In this spirit, it is critical that we share with our colleagues throughout the country and the world research results, innovative practices, and the development of revolutionary medical technologies.

Our current outreach approach to sharing the knowledge is through release of information through this website, publications, presentations, and our Annual Symposium: a gathering of over 1000 medical professionals from both military and civilian setting across the country that share information and knowledge on best practices and lessons learned.
